Envysion by Skyy Aesthetics PLLC provides visualization and AI-powered simulation features that allow users to preview potential aesthetic treatment outcomes using facial photographs.

Facial Images We Process

Users may choose to provide a facial photograph by:

• Taking a photograph using their device camera;
• Selecting an existing photograph from their device's photo library; or
• Using a preloaded sample image provided within the application.

How Facial Images Are Used

Facial images are used solely to provide the visualization or AI-powered simulation requested by the user.

Depending on the feature used, the application may simulate changes to facial characteristics such as wrinkles, eyes, under-eye areas, face shape, nose, jaw, and lips.

Facial images are not used for:

• Facial recognition or identification;
• Authentication;
• Advertising or marketing;
• User tracking;
• Creating a biometric identity profile;
• Building a facial profile for unrelated purposes; or
• Selling or licensing facial information.

Browser-Based Processing

For features that use the web-based simulator, facial images are processed entirely within the user's browser using client-side technology.

These images are not transmitted to or stored on Skyy Aesthetics PLLC servers when browser-based processing is used.

AI-Powered Server-Side Processing

Certain AI-powered simulation features require server-side processing.

When a user chooses to use such a feature, the facial image is temporarily transmitted for the purpose of performing the requested AI processing.

The image is processed temporarily and is not retained after the session ends.

Sharing With Third Parties

Facial images are not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the requested functionality.

• Facial images processed entirely within the user's browser are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Images submitted for server-side AI processing are processed temporarily and are not retained after the session ends.
